		<description>Tim: This is a great post. I love how you make the point that thick skin is as important as empathy. I don&#039;t find it contradictory at all. If we don&#039;t empathize with our customers, we cannot help them solve their problems. If we don&#039;t have thick skins, we cannot solve our own.</description>
