		<description>&lt;p&gt;It is so much easier for many to emphasize the negative than the positive. In the restaurant example, many managers would be inclined to chew the waitresses out rather than explain the situation in a positive manner. Being positive with employees and acknowledging them and their accomplishments makes a HUGE difference in morale.&lt;br /&gt;
